You ARE creative. Let me inspire you!
…until you get an email that says this:
“I am so grateful for our time together the other night, for your presence in my life as a teacher and a supportive, caring, lovely woman.
Your style of teaching really speaks to me, and the atmosphere of calm and loving support that you create during your class is really nurturing and just wonderful!! Thank you. <3
I so appreciated the way you brought us through the Zentangle process together, incorporating all the steps with focus on the Zen of Zentangle, and I was so blessed with this experience in your class. I discovered that this is something my soul has needed, and again I thank you.
I am very much looking forward to the rest of the sessions with you.”
I’ve loved the art of Zentangle® from the beginning. And when I attended my CZT seminar, which by the way was my first Zentangle class, I was introduced to what I now know as the magic of the Zentangle Method. When I incorporated the ceremony of the Zentangle Method into my practice I deepened my understanding of the magic I mentioned earlier. You see, it’s the Zen in the Zentangle Method that brings the magic!
I knew from the early days of being a CZT that I wanted to share this amazing meditative artform with anyone and everyone who was looking for peace, calm, love, & happiness. This is what I found. This and so much more!
The one thing I am most grateful for is the self confidence that this practice has given me. I didn’t believe I could draw and now I’ll draw anything. I won’t say it’s gonna look realistic, but you know what? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! And the only person whose opinion matters is mine! It’s my art after all. And the same thing applies to you and your art! What, you don’t believe me?!?
I understand. It didn’t happen overnight for me. That’s an understatement. I still need reminders! And that’s why it’s called a practice. Just like so many things in life, they only get better and stronger with practice. Or they will deteriorate without practice. Walking, meditation, playing the flute; these are all things in my life that required practice, and I’m currently working on improving my walking and I don’t think You’d want me to play the flute for you today (I’d need some practice!) I hope you are starting to understand what I’m talking about. And if you are, then I am happy. It brings me joy to share this amazing art form because it’s so much more than art!
I created my Zentangle Beginner Series classes to share the magic of the Zentangle Method. I’d love to share it with you!
Til next time,
Be You & Be Happy!
